19     This website solves a real problem in today's day and age. There's not enough Excel-based websites out there. Out of the over 500,000 websites that pop every day, hardly any of them are made in Microsoft Excel. There's well over a billion websites out there, but can you guess how many of them were made in Excel? As far as I know, there's only one. Welcome.

If you truly want to know why I did this, then here it is. Because I can. If it dons on me that I have the ability to create something cursed enough to makes peoples eyes bleed, then it is my sworn duty as a member of this burning civilization to do so. Some poor schmuck at Microsoft gave this blessed program the ability to save it's contents as a web page, and so the natural thing to do was to abuse that feature in the greatest way I know how.

Is this project is a criticism of modern web design? Of how sickly oversimplified it is? Of how each and every website we visit looks exactly the same? Of the whole concept of material design and other grid and table based web design solutions? Perhaps. Is this project a humorous thing to put on a resume to impress hire managers with my Microsoft Excel skills? Maybe. Does this project suggest that the web has lost the charm it used to have when anyone and everyone was making their own poorly designed personal web pages, where they shared all of their interests and linked to their friends via webrings and 88px x 32px buttons? Tough to say.

Is this project a stupid little website that might make someone laugh? Hell yeah.
